The Valve Repair Seminar conference program and exhibits will take place at the San Jacinto College Lyondellbasell Center for Petrochemical Energy & Technology (CPET) located at 7901 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77507.
For hotel accommodations, the VRC recommends attendees book at one of the following four hotels. When making your reservation, please note the time and distance to the Center for Petrochemical Energy & Technology and factor that into your travel plans.

If you will be flying to the Seminar, there are two major airports that service the Houston/Pasadena area. Both airports have various ride-share options including Lyft, Uber, and taxis outside the terminal baggage claims:
- William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is located 13 miles (approx. 23 min.) from the Center for Petrochemical Energy & Technology.
- George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is located 35 miles (approx. 45 min.) from the Center for Petrochemical Energy & Technology.
Typical weather for Pasadena in June offers daytime highs in the low 90s, and nighttime lows in the 70s. Dress for this event is business casual.
