Room Rate: $362 USD per night (plus applicable taxes)
There is no resort fee, however, VMA has limited access to property amenities, including the health club and pool.
Booking Deadline: Friday, August 14, 2026 or until the block is sold out. Cancellations at the hotel after August 18, 2026 will be charged a one-night cancellation fee.

Travel
September brings mild, comfortable and often sunny days to Québec City, with daytime highs in the mid 60s and chilly evenings around 50 degrees. Old Québec City, is a step outside the hotel doors, and offers a number of restaurants at all price and service levels as well as boutique shopping and historical sights.
Transportation
Airport: The nearest airport is Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), approximately 30 minutes from the resort. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and car rentals are all readily available from YQB Airport.
Parking: Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac provides valet parking for approximately $40 USD per car, per night.

Event Location
The 87th VMA/VRC Annual Meeting will be held at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, located at 9891 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, Florida 34108. The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), approximately 45 minutes from the resort. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and car rentals are all readily available. LaPlaya provides valet parking for $20 (please go to the hotel entrance when arriving, not the “club” entrance).

VMA is proud to host this year’s event at LaPlaya—a premier Gulf-front property offering both refined comfort and exceptional service. A special room rate of $339 per night (plus applicable taxes and a $10 daily resort fee) has been secured exclusively for Annual Meeting attendees. Included this resort fee is use of beach chairs and umbrellas, pool and beach towels. Staying at the LaPlaya also offers easy access to all the program sessions and networking activities.

What to Expect in Naples
October brings warm, pleasant weather to Naples, with daytime highs in the upper 80s and evening lows in the 70s. Downtown Naples, about a 10 minute drive, from LaPlaya, also offers a number of restaurants at all price and service levels as well as boutique shopping.
