Event Location

The 87th VMA/VRC Annual Meeting will be held at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, located at 9891 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, Florida 34108. The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), approximately 45 minutes from the resort. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and car rentals are all readily available.  LaPlaya provides both self-park and valet parking (please go to the hotel entrance when arriving, not the “club” entrance.)

VMA is proud to host this year’s event at LaPlaya—a premier Gulf-front property offering both refined comfort and exceptional service. What to Expect in Naples

October brings warm, pleasant weather to Naples, with daytime highs in the upper 80s and evening lows in the 70s. Downtown Naples, about a 10 minute drive, from LaPlaya, also offers a number of restaurants at all price and service levels as well as boutique shopping.

• Business Casual is recommended for all general sessions and activities
• Resort Elegant or Business Formal is encouraged for the VMA Member Awards Ceremony, Reception & Gala Dinner (jackets for men and cocktail attire for women)
• For off-site networking activities, please dress appropriately for the activity.  Specific information is included in the descriptions of each networking activity.
