Why Become an Exhibitor?
The Valve Manufacturers Association (VMA) invites all suppliers, distributors and manufacturers in the industrial valve industry to exhibit at our 2026 Valve Forum: Conference & Exhibits! The Valve Forum provides a cost-effective place to showcase your latest innovations in valves and actuators, new services, and equipment to valve manufacturers and end-users. Multiple functions are held in the exhibit area that do not compete with the conference program.

Who Attends the Valve Forum?
The Valve Forum attracts professionals in the valve, actuator, automation and flow control industries. Meet with more than 150 decision makers and buying influencers who work for industry manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in engineering, production and assembly roles as well as leaders in marketing, sales and management.
What is Included?
The exhibit fee includes two exhibitor booth personnel registrations to staff the exhibit space, access to the Monday evening Welcome Reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch and breaks, as well as one a six-foot undraped table and two chairs. The exhibit fee does not include access to the conference programming.
Additional registrations may also be purchased for the full event, including all conference programming, at the regular conference rate.

Tabletop: Space is approximately 6’ wide x 4’ deep. Materials must be displayed the six-foot table, or behind the table (due to the limited space behind the table, so only small signs or banners can be displayed. No pop up booths.). Additional tickets much be purchased for conference programming and other events.
